ITAD (IT Asset Disposition)

Our network recycling operations are carried out under the ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) service framework, and include the issuance of Scope 3 carbon emission reduction certificates.

  • ITAD is a comprehensive IT asset disposition service that covers secure data destruction, device reuse, and recycling of end-of-life IT equipment.

Network Equipment (Servers, etc.) Disposal Procedure

STEP 01

Collection & Transportation

  • Nationwide on-site pickup
  • Small-quantity collection available
  • Dedicated department operation
  • Secure vehicle operation

STEP 02

Asset Identification

  • Unique barcode assignment for each IT asset
  • Status and processing progress available for review
  • Secure storage of end-of-life IT assets

STEP 03

Data Destruction

  • Complete and irreversible destruction of all stored IT data
  • Use of government- and enterprise-certified equipment

STEP 04

Reuse & Recycling

  • Collection of reusable equipment
  • Sale of verified/certified products

STEP 05

Report Issuance

  • Condition report of processed assets
  • Data destruction certification documentation

Scope 3 Carbon Emission Reduction Certificate Issuance

Through Vision R&E Co., Ltd. — a member company of the E-Circular Governance organization (formerly the Korea Electronics Resource Circulation Association) — carbon emission reductions from network equipment disposal can be calculated, verified, and certified with a Scope 3 certificate.

(The above certificate is calculated in accordance with ISO international standard requirements.)

Secure Data Erasure and Deletion Record Documentation

We provide an integrated ITAD service covering the entire lifecycle — from IT asset collection and data erasure through disassembly, sorting, reuse, and recycling — all managed under a single, unified process.
